Not exactly. Books Support Lite is support for business owners who are doing their own books but want someone in their corner when they get stuck.
You still do the actual bookkeeping. I help you figure out what to do, how to think through the issue, and whether something looks off before it turns into a tiny financial dumpster fire.
You can ask things like:
“What category should this expense go in?”
“Why doesn’t my bank balance match?”
“Does this report look weird?”
“How should I record this payment?”
“What does this bookkeeping error mean?”
“Am I doing this right?”
Basically: if you’re staring at your books thinking, “I have no idea what I’m looking at,” that’s the neighborhood we live in.
You’ll be able to email your questions to the support email address.
If you use Apple/iMessage, you may also be able to message that email address through iMessage. Android users will need to use email, because apparently the tech gods enjoy chaos.
Yes! Screenshots are usually very helpful - but please avoid sending full bank account numbers, Social Security numbers, or anything wildly sensitive unless we’ve discussed a secure way to handle it. Screenshots should show the issue clearly without oversharing your whole financial soul.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription going forward through your Stripe payment portal.
Canceling stops future billing, but it does not refund previous months already paid. No dramatic breakup scene required.
